Welcome to GSA 101 brought to you by Elevate GSA: where we turn GOVSPEAK into a language YOU speak. My name is Hannah Struss and I have Collin Hartsell here with me and we are going to be chatting about MAS Refresh 22.

Here is an overview of the changes that will be implemented in this refresh:

The Overall MAS Solicitation will be updated in the following ways:

· Instructions Applicable to All Offerors will see updates in paragraph (f) to support TDR SIN expansion and paragraph (i)(3)(ii)(F) to address Government Purchase Card (GPC) fees

· The Transactional Data Reporting Pilot will be expanded to include 67 SINs. The full list can be found on GSA’s website in the show notes

· There will be a note added to clause I-FSS-600, Contract Price Lists to address software attestation information

· There will be minor revisions to the Modification Products Price Proposal Template (PPT)

· There will be clause and provision updates, as necessary, through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 and GSAR Change 182

SIN Instructions for the following SINs have been revised:

· SIN 541690E - Energy Services

· SIN 332510C - Hardware Store, Home Improvement Center, Industrial or General Supply Store, or Industrial Maintenance Repair and Operations (MRO) Distributor – Catalog

· SIN 332510S - Hardware Store, Home Improvement Center, Industrial or General Supply Store, or Industrial Maintenance Repair and Operations (MRO) Distributor - Store Front

· SIN 325320 - Pest and Animal Control Products and Services

Templates for the following SINs have been revised:

· SIN 492110 - Package Delivery and Freight Trucking & SIN 492210SB Local Courier Delivery Services (SBSA)

· SIN 485 - Ground Transportation

· SIN 532111 - Automotive Equipment Rental and Leasing - Rental Supplemental Vehicle Program (RSVP)

· SIN 531 - Employee Relocation Solution

· SIN 531110 - Long Term Lodging

Lastly, revisions have been made to the MAS Modification Guide and Sample cover letters available at gsa.gov
